Facilitated by ILCT Faculty Member Tina Elliot, this discussion will be around ethics complaints being filed at the ICF the last couple of years. We can learn a lot from ethics complaints and how we can fine tune our ethical awareness to Stay Out of Ethics Hot Water. We will be taking a closer look at the last 2 years of complaints and what has shifted over the last year.

We will touch on:

  • How to interpret ICF’s Ethical Conduct Compliance Report
  • What has been trending in ethics complaints the last 2 years
  • What has changed over the last year
  • What might you need to be aware of in your operation as a Coach
  • What do these complains mean to you

How coaches can be blindsided if not aware of not only the ICF Code of Ethic but application of the code of ethics in your daily operations as a coach.

Tina Elliot's is a Coaching Ethics Specialist with over 13 years of experience as a Board Member on the ICF’s Independent Review Board, processing ethical complaints against coaches; a member of the ICF Code of Ethics Review Teams updating the ICF ethics code and creating ethics education and training for coaches so they may “Stay Out of Ethical Hot Water.”
