Relationship Coaching Specialist

For those individuals interested in becoming certified as a Relationship Coaching Specialist (RCS), ILCT offers an 80-hour course of study which will provide you with the training and focus necessary to practice in this valuable area of coaching.

Requirements to achieve certification:

• Completion of the Foundations course or Foundations Course for Christian Coaches (40 hours)
• Completion of Introduction to Relationship Coaching course
• Completion of at least 28 hours of additional coach training electives, 70% (20 hours) of which must be chosen from the electives listed on this page.

The time required to become certified varies depending on your availability and the scheduling for courses you need. Many of the courses can be taken concurrently, meaning you could become certified in 6 to 9 months, based on your schedule.
