Testimonials

Group Coaching was one of the best classes I've taken yet in coaching. Our class was a combination of lecture by the teacher and then individual presentations given by each student to the group. The materials were also excellent and VERY useful! This class gave me the confidence I needed to coach a group in a live or teleclass type setting.

Seeing Edie modeled this group coaching class with her own style of group coaching was probably the biggest take away for me. I can express this best by listing some examples: she empowered students as individuals and as a group, let the group create the agenda within the structure of the class, provided great support in and outside of the class through open communication, sharing resources and maintaining an environment of trust and safety where everyone felt comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. She was always encouraging, and provided direct and candid feedback. I feel she modeled the core competencies expertly with each lesson. I absolutely loved Edie's style and this class. I am inspired and encouraged.
