Joan Runnheim Olson, MS, PCC
Joan Runnheim Olson, MS, PCC has a passion for helping individuals gain clarity, focus, confidence, and momentum to achieve their desired goals. Two decades ago, she founded her company, Pathways Career Success Strategies, LLC. Joan uses her energy, optimism, and numerous credentials to inspire others to transform their life from stuck to unstoppable and live their best life ever. She also serves as an outplacement coach for CareerCurve, NextJob, GetFive, and BPI-Group.
Joan has been quoted and published in numerous print and online media, including contributing to “WorkSmarts: Be a Winner on the Job” and “The Twitter Job Search Guide.” She has also authored an eBook, “Get a Job, Keep a Job, or Move Up-faster!” Joan has delivered workshops nationwide for groups up to 250 on various career-related topics.
Joan holds a Master’s degree in vocational rehabilitation and has earned several coaching certifications. She has earned the ICF Professional Certified Coach credential. She is also a Certified Career Management Coach, Certified Career Development Coach, Certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach, Certified GetFive Career Coach, and Certified 360Reach Analyst. Joan has completed coursework in neuroscience and has received certificates in “Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health” from The Neuroscience Academy and “Brain Gain Bootcamp” from The Academies. She also received a certificate in Life Coaching from Achology.
Joan, her husband Jeff, and cat Millie live in Hudson, WI (near the Twin Cities). In her free time, she leads an active lifestyle, enjoying biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, and traveling.
