“I found Edie to be incredibly positive, encouraging and passionate about what she does. She was always available through email and, if urgent, through texting. I have been very impressed with this class and instructor and if this is truly representative of ILCT, then I look forward to working with you more!”
“Edie was a calm, genuine and confident instructor with a great coaching style and an even more incredible teaching style. What I liked the most, was how she included everyone in the conversation at the end of each call, to make sure we stayed connected and that we all had a share. I loved how she was extremely non-judgmental yet good at giving a piece of advice if needed.”
“Edie is a masterful coach. She is extremely relatable and accessible, while being incredibly knowledgeable. She does not "hold anything close to her chest," but rather shares her knowledge openly and willingly. She is also quite supportive. You never leave a class with Edie feeling like you didn't get something of value.”
“Edie is truly a master coach. It was a joy to watch a master coach in our first class as she demonstrated what was possible.Loved her style, her directness and kindness. What a delight to learn from Edie.”
“Edie was knowledgeable, positive and accepting. Her evaluations were thoughtful with good observations, focusing first on strengths and pinpointing our "super powers". Her suggestions for improvement were well-worded and honest. I appreciated that she didn't spill all of the ideas for improvement in front of the entire group but saved her complete observations to be sent in the written format.”
