“Diana was very kind, encouraging, patient and non-judgmental in her teaching style. By example, she also demonstrated the kind of flexibility needed to deal with varied issues that come up in coaching. She demonstrated the power of “simple” open ended questions, non-leading questions, a skill I will try to emulate in my own work with clients.”
“Diana was very affirming and warm. She also demonstrated a great sense of humor during our classes and in her portrayal of the clients.”
“Diana was wonderful. So knowledgeable, personable and warm and she was a great example and model of what good coaching looks and sounds like. I really enjoyed taking her class.”
