Specialties Path

Focus Your Coaching Skills

Our Specialty Path programs provide students with an ideal opportunity to connect and learn along with professionals who share a common interest in an applied area of coaching such as Relationship Coaching, Wellness Coaching, or Business Coaching. Each Specialty program begins with the basic building block of all Credentialing programs, the 40 hour Foundational Coach Training course.

In addition to learning the fundamentals of coaching such as core competencies and coaching methods during the Foundations course, students will complete a rigorous, 40 hour concentration in a particular area of focus (Relationship, Wellness, Business) taught by faculty members with extensive backgrounds and experiences coaching within that particular domain. Upon completion of the 80 hour training requirements of the Specialty program, students will be awarded a Coaching Specialist Certificate in the applied area of study. Students may then, if interested, go on to advanced training and certification within their area of concentration and earn additional credits culminating in credentialing.
