Candia Dye is a business development coach, teacher, and consultant. She established Strategy Partners Coaching in 1999, where the focus is on assisting clients with business development, marketing, business planning and time mastery. Candia is also the Director of Training for The McKinley Leadership Group in Chicago. She is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches®, has been a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 1997, and is an alumna of The Institute for Life Coach Training. Candia is a licensed and certified Small Business Advisor for the One Page Business Plan®, and a licensed facilitator for the Get Clients Now® Program. Candia brings to her clients an array of professional experiences including twenty years in corporate management with Fortune 100 companies and previously as a Social Worker for the Florida Dept. of Health. Candia works internationally with a diverse individual and group client-base. She is called a trailblazer, and her greatest talent is drawing on her client's creativity and skills to design a map to their business success and help them navigate the challenges of achieving their business vision.
