Do you coach couples or are you looking to expand your coaching practice to include couples? This eight-week course will provide you with a coaching model and structure for working with couples who want to create more fulfilling relationships in their lives. The format for the course includes discussion of course materials and assigned readings, live coaching to demonstrate different ways to apply the learning with clients, and buddy coaching outside of the scheduled class time.

  • Design a coaching alliance with each client/partner and with couples
  • Create a personal vision with client/partner as well as a shared relationship vision with each couple
  • Utilize Mirroring technique for effective communication
  • Establish and implement an action plan with couples to achieve the relationship vision
