Program Description: Each coach will participate in regular calls with Dr. Lillibridge for training in coaching executives using the Peoplemap™ System of Coaching, and will also be trained in understanding results of the following assessments: The Peoplemap™, FIRO-B, Meyers-Briggs, and 360 Degree Assessment. Each participant will receive a 175-page workbook, The Peoplemap™ System of Executive Coaching written by Dr. Lillibridge.

Costs: The cost for this program (all classes, executive coaching experience, specialized training, and 20 hours credit) is $795, plus $79 for the required 150-page workbook and a copy of the assessment tools listed above). This cost covers Dr. Lillibridge's time, phone bridge rental, administrative overhead, and records documentation for your student training hours verification. This is a real deal! And made possible by the generous time Dr. Lillibridge and PBS&J give to the project. And you also get 1-2 executive clients as part of the process.

Do you coach clients in transition? Whether your clients have entered their transition by choice or by force, whether their transition was anticipated or came as a complete surprise, you meet them where they are. It's likely no one else is accepting what they feel deep within. Feeling heard and honored by you is a profound experience that deepens their trust in themselves, in you, and in the transition journey.

The Seasons of Change is a rich, multi-faceted nature-based metaphor that gives you and your clients a gentle, accessible way to talk and think about transitions as a natural part of life. Thoroughly understanding nature's responses to the ever-changing seasons provides you with a deep foundation of knowledge and inspirational metaphors to share with those in transition.

Within The Seasons of Change, each season (or phase) of the transition process has its own signs, actions, and detours.  Together this information gives you a map you can share with your clients to show them where they've been, where they are, and where they are going.

"Everything in life moves in cycles or spirals. This is the nature of our physical existence on earth. When we pay attention to the body, we open up new pathways for awareness and change to move us through the cycles of life." (Lauree E. Moss, Ph.D., CLC. 2005)

Using body-mind life coaching skills, we can learn ways to work with the powerful non-verbal messages of the body. It is said that the body never lies. This highly interactive, user-friendly class will help you learn the research ropes and use them to bring your practice to a new level. National thought leaders Pat Williams and Carol Kauffman are teaming up to provide you with what you need to learn: how to do basic research; how to read between the lines to tell what's good work and what is blue smoke and mirrors.

Research is the key to good marketing – and good practice! Find out what works, and what does not. Never be intimidated by jargon again — "hard" science research can be easy too. As clients become more sophisticated those who can operate in the research arena have the performance edge.

Mastering research concepts gives you a razor-sharp way of thinking. Remember learning the difference between listening and Active Listening? There is a similar leap with thinking and active, research-savvy informed thinking.

  • Know what to include in your proposals,
  • Do it with the clients,
  • Possess a different set of skills to help you assess the lectures and trainings you attend.

High energy - interactive, with hands-on application.

"Once an Addict - always an Addict." – AA Philosophy

"Once a Human Being –always a Human Being" – Coaching Philosophy

This unique 12 session, 12 hours teleclass is designed for coaches who want to either expand their coaching business to include addiction-recovered individuals or increase their coaching skills specifically tailored to coaching this population. Although sober, the concept of having a chronic disease and promise of relapse prevents many from dreaming of an expanded future, give credence to their often secret longings for more, different, and better.

This paradigm shift from addiction as pathology to strengths and human potential may hold the elusive answer to the nagging question of how to prevent the dreaded fear of relapse.

Central to this affirming coaching approach are the ten "Growth Process Affirmations" GPA). These affirmations highlight the existence of the recovered individual’s use of strengths throughout the history of addiction and will facilitate individual’s growth potential after recovery as appropriate. Here is an example of GPA:

"Through my addictions and recovery, I am discovering that I am strong, resilient, creative, and capable. I can bring meaning and purpose into my life by looking beyond sobriety, meet my needs, live an authentic, value-based life fulfilling my dream, and creating joy and fulfillment."

Heuristically, the application of the GPA’s mirrors the principles of positive psychology, Gestalt Philosophy, and Robert Kegan’s transpersonal human development model as well as other time-honored coaching approaches.
