Prerequisite: Introduction to Body-Mind Life Coaching (TM)
Tuition: $495.00
Six sessions - 90 minutes each (9 credits)
Taught by: Lauree E. Moss,
Ph.D., CLC, PCC
E-Mail: Lauree@lifecoachtraining.com
This course offers the opportunity to practice in more
depth Body-Mind Life Coaching techniques previously
taught in the pre-requisite course. Using body awareness,
breath, mindfulness and other tools, coaching opportunities
arise that can provide information often not available
in normal conversation.
Examples of ways to use the body as
an avenue to gain more information to change perspectives,
explore possibilities and affirm the rightness of choices
will be explored by experimenting in role-plays and
case examples. Participants will also hone their skills
and deepen their learning of the Body-Mind Life Coaching
process by working with a client who has volunteered
to be coached in the class. Each week there will be
both a didactic and experiential component.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
- To practice integrating Body-Mind
Life Coaching skills to enhance coaching presence
and ability to attune to clients on a body-mind level.
- To practice working with breath
as a powerful tool for awareness and change.
- To experiment with body-mind tools
and experiments in class in role plays and in sessions
with volunteer client.
- To continue to learn how developing
a "body mindset" can deepen awareness and
assist clients in achieving their goals.

Lauree Moss is an incredible
coach and teacher, whose background, education and
style of teaching is inspiring and motivating. She
has a rich history in mind/body work, has brought
that framework into coaching, and designed a fantastic
course around it, so we coaches can use a mind/body
focus with our clients when appropriate. I believe
this to be some of the most valuable work I do in
my coaching. I have taken two of her mind/body courses
and loved them both. - Michelle K. Rios, MA,
