Diana is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP),
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and work/life coach.
She is an instructor for the Employee Assistance and Workplace
Coaching Specialist™ Program at The Institute for Life
Coach > Training, where her specialty is mid-management coaching.
She is also a certified trainer for the Peoplemap System™ training
programs.
Diana has been working nationally since 1992 as an employee
assistance management consultant and coach for Working Solutions,
which later became United Behavioral Health EAP. She is the
founder of Savvy Life Skills which provides coaching, consulting,
and custom-designed training programs for organizations. Diana
works with people at every level of employment and management
on the difficult personal and professional issues that face
employees and organizations. Her consultation services also
include the development of company policies on drug free workplace,
workplace violence and trauma, and organization change. Diana
holds advanced certifications from the International Critical
Incident Stress Foundation in Critical Incident Stress Management,
Preventing Workplace Violence, and Terrorism Response. She has
written a manual and multiple articles on workplace violence,
trauma, and grief. Diana also provides training advisement for
those who are candidates for Certified Employee Assistance Professional

Lisa Kramer, founder and president
of Living with Intention LLC, is a professional
coach, coach trainer, author and speaker. As
a member of the faculty of the Institute for
Life Coach Training, Lisa trains professionals
to become life and relationship coaches. She
also serves as a mentor-coach for newer coaches.
She is the author of Coaching with Intention,
the first book in her Coaching Mastery series
and Loving with Intention: A Guide for Relationship
Coaching.
Lisa received her coach certification from
The Coaches Training Institute in 2001 and earned
the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential
from the International Coach Federation in 2004.
Prior to transitioning to coaching full-time
in 2001, Lisa was a clinical social worker and
a social work professor at Widener University
School of Human Service Professions. Lisa received
her Master's degree in social work from the
University of Pennsylvania and completed graduate
coursework in human resource management from
Widener University. She is also a certified
Imago Relationship therapist, having completed
post graduate training from the Institute for

Dr. McKinley is the founder
and director of Associates in Family Care, Ltd.
Since 1991, he has built a solid group practice
that is committed to providing a holistic health

Lynn is a Certified Life Coach with over
twenty-five years experience in the human development business

of the inaugural class of the Institute for Life Coach Training
and now loves to teach other psychotherapists the art and
science of life coaching. Lynn has an abiding belief in the
magnificence of the human spirit and is in awe of each person’s

Marilyn O'Hearn is a Master
Certified Coach with the International Coach
Federation. Marilyn's coaching clients report

and Prosperity). For 30+ years, she has
facilitated development through coaching, counseling,
training, writing (Renewing Your Spirit workbook,

Susie Strauss, MSW and Certified Life Coach,
is the founder and Executive Director of One

from this purpose in her various careers of

Charles Hamrick is an executive coach, speaker, and trainer

Dr. Lauree E. Moss brings
